Learn to teach disc golf with the world’s leading disc golf educators from the United States, Des and Jay Reading from Educational Disc Golf Experience.

There are two workshops running on 16-17 November, followed by a disc golf gala event on 18 November.

It is only necessary to attend one of the Train the Trainers workshops, but you can attend both if you like.

To complete the training, participants should try to attend the disc golf gala event. This will be practical experience teaching disc golf to school kids from a local school. This is a great opportunity to put the skills learned at the workshop into practice.

All equipment is provided, wear trainers and clothing suitable for physical activity.

If the weather prevents the activity taking place outdoors, the activity will be taken indoors.

By the end of the course participants will have sufficient knowledge to be able to run disc golf activity classes.

All these events are free, but you must register before Friday 11 November.

Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th November
3.00pm – 6.00pm (both days)
Aurora Sports Stadium, Creek Road, New Town (Netball Centre)

Disc Golf Gala Event
Friday 18 November 1pm-2.45pm, Kangaroo Bay (in front of Rosny College).
(This start time has been changed, originally it was 3pm-5pm)
